Service Description

Shared Ownership helps you to buy an affordable share of a more desirable property. Rather than buying 100% of a low value property, you can buy between 25% and 75% of a higher value property and pay rent on the remaining share. If your financial situation improves over time you can buy out that remaining share so that you eventually own 100% of the property.
